For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

Meetings often feel like focused conversations that happen to take on tough problems. I'll ask you what's going on, and together we take it from there. My approach is to help you focus on whatever you may be facing, not to seek a label or diagnosis.

I specialize in assisting adults who grapple with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. My clients are often intelligent, hard-working individuals with a strong sense of perfectionism and a natural propensity for putting others before themselves.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.
